Our basic contractor services are designed to assist the contractor in generating the basic documents and identifying the primary issues that may affect the VECP. In the basic system, only one VECP at a time can be created and reviewed. If the contractor moves on to another VECP, they cannot return to the previous one. (They can always return to it, and even use it as a model for new VECP documents, should they select the enhanced contractor options.) If a problem appears, we either: inform you of the issues, or if it involves detailed features requiring analysis beyond the scope of the basic system, notify you so you can examine the issue; correcting it or using our enhanced systems to correct the issue. The basic systems are provided as a public service to the value community and for statistical analysis. They are provided through contributions of governmental and private interests for the purpose of: 1. expanding the use of the clause for organizational benefit, 2. generating statistical data that can help the value community expand the use of the process, 3. as a public service, and 4. to show potential users the benefits of the enhanced systems.

No matter how expert the system; there are always issues that exceed the capacity of the system, or would take so long to explain, that the client (not planning or desiring to be an expert in the field) would benefit far more from contacting a consultant with the necessary detailed knowledge in the field. We have access to the four most knowledgable people in the field.
