If you can get them to use it, this assures you that they have seen all known issues and have fully disclosed. They can say they didn't understand, but that defense falls short when it is so apparent that they were informed on numerous occasions. The excuse of I didn't disclose because no one asked me that question virtually evaporates.

When asked a question, do not just respond with an answer that does not generate a clarification request. Find the answer and use that. Do not forget to use your comments section too. It can be used to give a history and can be a real lifesaver if something ever happens.
